This little beauty is the ultimate tool for controlling the heat generated by your Ozpig!

It goes on top of the Ozpig, between the fire and your pot, pan or cooking surface. The diffuser instantly drops the temperature, making cooking easier and giving you more predictable results. The diffuser is made of two pieces of metal sandwiched together with a gap between each later, and a removable handle. There are hundreds of holes on the surface which diffuse the heat evenly and slowly. A simple device that eliminates hotspots and creates a truly even distribution of heat for even cooking, while also bringing the heat down to a simmer for cooking things like chicken, fish, a slow cooked casserole or even rotisserie roasts.

The diffuser also prevents dishes from burning on the bottom, meaning you can kick back outside with a drink while your meal cooks, worry free.
